About
A family business, built on genuine quality
Genuine Quality Enterprises, LLC was founded by Gerald Eichelberger in Columbia, South Carolina, to bring dependable, caring IT help to small businesses.
For years, that meant building websites, managing domains and email, and keeping computers running for local businesses that needed someone they could trust. We’ve always seen our clients as family, and we believe that when people genuinely look forward to working together, everyone does better work.
Today, we’re putting that same care into building web applications, starting with our own: Kitho (opens in a new tab), a set of custom team games for remote and hybrid teams.
Genuine Quality Enterprises is also the parent company of our family’s ventures. Gerald and his wife, Shannon, run Genuine Quality Books together, and Gerald coaches youth soccer through Genuine Quality Soccer. Genuine Quality Travel helps people plan memorable trips, and Genuine Quality Deals is on the way.
